Shipping Methods

 

By completing order:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive the following message (example): “YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THANK YOU. Your order number is 12345. Please check your e-mail. We have sent you a confirmation e-mail with your order details.”

 

Delivery dates and times:

 

Delivery time takes about 1-3 working days from the moment you complete your order, for available products, and 8-12 working days for products under the label “Upon order”. 

Place your order by 15:00 from Monday to Friday and we will ship your order the next business day with ACS courier.

 

Shipping cost:

 

Shipping cost is 3,5€ for a total weight of ordering products of 2 kg, and +1€ for every extra kg.

The cost of cash on delivery is extra 2€ that will be paid to the courier upon receiving the parcel.

Finally, for orders exceeding the amount of 100€ shipping fee is free of charge.
